Article 1: Name and Seat The name of the association is the Women Protection Organization (W.P.O.). The association is an international ideell förening (non-profit association) with its registered seat in Stockholm, Sweden.
Article 2: Purpose and Independence The W.P.O. is a fully independent organization dedicated to the protection of women against digital violence, non-consensual image distribution, and cyber-harassment. The organization operates through expert psychological assessment and cross-border support to uphold the rights and dignity of victims of digital trauma.
Article 3: Financial Integrity and Prohibitions
3.1. Pro Bono Services: All services and support are offered strictly free of charge.
3.2. No Compensation: The Board of Directors and all members serve on a purely voluntary basis. No salary or financial compensation shall be paid.
3.3. Financial Autonomy: The W.P.O. does not accept external donations, corporate sponsorships, or third-party funding.
Article 4: Governance Structure The organization is governed by a Central Board of Directors consisting of three (3) members. The Central Board may establish specialized departments or international divisions under its direct authority.
Article 5: Ethical Conduct All members must adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and psychological ethics. The protection of the victim's identity is the paramount duty of the W.P.O.
